A New Era For Events: Inside Central Hall Westminster’s New Spaces
We’re delighted to introduce our latest event spaces at our versatile London venue, representing a new era for events at Central Hall Westminster!
The lower-ground floor of our Westminster events venue has been expanded to include the Susanna Wesley Suite, part of the newly launched Wesley Suite, and the Wesley Suite, a 919sqm space with capacity for up to 800 guests.
When asked what these new spaces mean for Central Hall Westminster, Rhiannon Thomas, Head of Events, said: “We wanted to create a space that responds to the needs of today’s event organisers. It is not just about adding more square footage; it’s about opening up a flexible environment that complements the rest of our historic building and enables our clients to bring ambitious ideas to life. We are already receiving strong interest, with eight events confirmed and prospective bookings reaching as far ahead as 2030. It’s rare in London to find a space this size and flexibility within such a historic setting, and we are excited to see the opportunities it creates for our clients.”
Since launching our brand-new spaces, we’ve already had the pleasure of hosting the Westminster Venue Collection annual showcase, attended by over 100 event planners and industry professionals. The Wesley Suite was transformed into a Winter Wonderland, decorated with a snow-covered sleigh, frosted displays, and plenty of festive cheer, thanks to Boo Productions!
Spotlight: The Wesley Suite
Built to accommodate events of every scale and style, the Wesley Suite offers 919 sqm of space, which can be used as one impressive venue for major events, or divided into three interconnected rooms: The Susanna Wesley, Aldersgate Room, and Epworth Room. So, whether you’re hosting a large-scale conference in London or smaller simultaneous meetings, the Wesley Suite has been designed with versatility in mind.
Natural light floods the suite, illuminating the impressive, vaulted ceilings and decorative alcoves. The full suite can host up to 800 guests in a reception-style setup, making it well-suited for a range of occasions, including product launches, seminars, award ceremonies, and large conferences.
The Wesley Suite is available with several tailored, audio-visual options to cater for the most diverse requirements, provided by our audio-visual partner White Light.

Spotlight: The Susanna Wesley
Within the Wesley Suite sits the Susanna Wesley, a standout space in its own right!
Named after John Wesley’s mother, this room provides a thoroughly modern setting for ambitious events, including conferences, dinners, exhibitions, and graduation ceremonies. Accommodating up to 250 guests in either reception or theatre-style configurations, the Susanna Wesley strikes the perfect balance for mid-sized events that demand sophistication and impact. This lower-ground-floor space complements the venue’s Grade II* listed heritage, with architectural highlights including a beautiful, vaulted ceiling, decorative alcoves, and plenty of natural daylight to create an inviting atmosphere.
To scale up your event, utilise the full Wesley Suite by choosing the Susanna Wesley alongside the adjoining Aldersgate and Epworth Room.
Choose from our extensive range of delicious menu options to accompany your event, from bowl food dishes to hot and cold buffets, and street food. Our in-house catering partner Green & Fortune are happy to work with you to create a bespoke menu, featuring all of your favourite dishes.

The Reimagined Wesley Café
We pride ourselves on making both our venue and events accessible and inclusive for all of our visitors.
The Wesley Café has recently undergone a redesign and relocation, and can now be found at a new, street-level location within our Central London venue. This relocation provides better access to visitors passing through the area, whether that’s for events, work, or leisure.
Curated by Green & Fortune, the newly designed café includes a sleek look with a mural encompassing our strong community values, whilst celebrating the beauty of Westminster. Standout dishes you can expect to see on the menu include:

- A twist on the classic eggs and soldiers
- Seasonal, vegetarian quiche or a London Smoke & Cure bacon and leek quiche
- Pastries from Hoxton Bakehouse, made with Wildfarmed wheat from regenerative farms
