A leading London attraction
Aside from being a leading London events venue, Central Hall Westminster is also a popular public attraction and the setting for various public events.
We welcome hundreds of visitors and tourists through our doors, who come to share in the history and beauty of our building by taking a guided tour, or visiting our on-site cafe.
As a thriving Methodist hub, we also hold regular worship sessions, including Sunday services.
Wesley’s Café
Wesley’s main Café is open Tuesday to Thursday between 9am to 4pm. The Café offers a bright and airy location for members of the public and regular visitors to our building to relax and enjoy a variety of food and refreshments.
The Street Café serving a selection of coffees, cold drinks, sandwiches, snacks and salads, is open weekdays between 8am and 4pm and weekends between 9am and 4pm.
Regular public events
In addition to providing events space for our clients’ events, we also hold a number of public events of our own. These include regular prayer and worship sessions led by Methodist Central Hall, whose premises we share.
We have a visitors service centre on site for those who wish to learn more about our current events programme or book tickets for a particular session. In the course of our long history as a venue, we have also hosted a number of notable past events – including the very first UN public address in 1946.
Our Methodist community
We share our premises with Methodist Central Hall, who have a thriving international congregation of several hundred members and lead a wide choice of Christian worship and events. These include Sunday services in the Great Hall, and various fellowships and bible study groups throughout the year.
