Aside from being a leading London events venue, Central Hall Westminster is also a popular public attraction and the setting for various public events.
We welcome hundreds of visitors and tourists through our doors on a daily basis, who come to share in the history and beauty of our building by taking a guided tour, or visiting our on-site cafe.
As a thriving Methodist hub, we also hold regular worship sessions, including Sunday services.
Guided public tours
As a Grade II* listed architectural masterpiece, Central Hall Westminster welcomes hundreds of visitors every day.
We offer free guided tours that allow members of the public to take a closer look at our stunning period architecture and learn more about our unique history and Methodist heritage.
Regular public events
In addition to providing events space for our clients’ events, we also hold a number of public events of our own. These include regular prayer and worship sessions led by Methodist Central Hall, whose premises we share.
We have a visitors service centre on site for those who wish to learn more about our current events programme or book tickets for a particular session. In the course of our long history as a venue, we have also hosted a number of notable past events – including the very first UN public address in 1946.
We have a bright and airy on-site café that is independently run, and open to the public seven days a week. It serves a range of refreshments and food, from breakfast items and hot beverages to sandwiches, snacks, and hot lunches – with daily special offers also available.
Our Methodist community
We share our premises with Methodist Central Hall, who have a thriving international congregation of several hundred members and lead a wide choice of Christian worship and events. These include Sunday services in the Great Hall, and various fellowships and bible study groups throughout the year.
