Flexible spaces

The Lecture Hall and Library and the Wesley Suite are two of our most versatile exhibition spaces, both offering striking backdrops with high ceilings, generous proportions, and distinctive period and modern features. Both cater for events ranging from 250 to 800 guests and can be adapted to suit a wide variety of exhibition formats.

Central location

Central Hall Westminster boasts one of London’s most prestigious addresses, overlooking Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, and the Houses of Parliament on Storey’s Gate. The venue is exceptionally well-connected, with Westminster and St James’ Park underground stations just a three-minute walk away, offering access to the Jubilee, Circle, and District lines. For those travelling by rail, Victoria, Charing Cross, and Waterloo stations are all within easy walking distance, while buses 11, 24, 148, and 211 stop directly outside the building.

Our standard presentation packages include video, audio, and staging support to ensure that your exhibition has maximum impact. Since opening in 1912, our building has hosted some of the world’s most significant events. In more recent years the popularity of exhibitions has grown. The light and airy spaces, combined with the building’s architectural features create perfect spaces for modern day briefs, and our accompanying ancillary spaces for breakouts and catering enables everything to take place under one roof in a central London location.

Exhibition technology

Our in-house production partner, White Light, manages the audio-visual and staging requirements for all events at Central Hall Westminster. We have worked with the team to invest in AV technology throughout the building, including a state-of-the-art EM Acoustics PA System in the Great Hall, and convenient Crestron HD colour touchscreens that allow clients to control AV equipment in every space.

Our expert IT team can also provide technical support with various aspects of your event, including cabling infrastructure, bespoke event landing pages, dedicated internet connectivity, and teleconferencing facilities.

Catering

Brilliant catering for Exhibition events

Our on-site catering partner. Green & Fortune can offer many catering options for exhibitions in the Lecture Hall and Library, and the Wesley Suite, which are both delicious and healthy. Both spaces are flexible enough for us to provide a full range of menu options for your visitors, including canapés, bar snacks, and grazing platters. Our chefs can also cater for special dietary requirements and create bespoke menus and dishes just for your exhibition. We pride ourselves on our sustainable approach to business: we reduce food miles as much as we can, embrace seasonality throughout our menus, and review our food service regularly to ensure we are using the most sustainable material possible.

Ideal rooms for
Exhibitions

We have three versatile spaces which are best suited to exhibitions: the Lecture Hall, Library, and the Wesley Suite. These spaces offer varying capacities from 250 to 800 people and can be adapted to suit your exhibition.

They can be divided for smaller exhibitons or equally ideal for larger exhibitions including product launches and trade shows. Our Lecture Hall & Library features triple-height ceilings, large windows, and 585m² of space, it sits directly off the Level 1 entrance foyer and offers excellent flexibility for different layouts.

The Wesley Suite is perfect for more large-scale exhibitions too, with a glass-panelled conservatory on either side and gallery-style track lighting, it provides an elegant setting for fine art and curated showcases or exhibitions.

The Library

The highly adaptable Library can be combined into a single room for receptions of up to 450 people. In-room features include impressive triple-height ceilings, natural daylight, and a built-in stage – providing a versatile room for holding conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and even graduation ceremonies.

Syndicate rooms

To complement the extensive range of event space we offer at Central Hall Westminster, we have nine syndicate rooms spread throughout the building. Each one is located close to our main event spaces, and can flexibly hold between 10 to 12 people depending on your chosen room set up.
