As a distinctive Grade II* building, Central Hall Westminster makes a striking, memorable venue for a wide range of exhibitions, including trade shows, product launches, and fine art showcases.

The Lecture Hall and Library, and the Aldersgate Room are our most versatile exhibition spaces, and their high ceilings, expansive size and eye-catching period features combine to give a superb backdrop for all exhibitors.

Each room is highly adaptable, with varying capacities ranging from 250 to 1,000 people. Catering is also equally flexible, with a full range of menu options available in each space.

Versatile exhibition space

The Lecture Hall and Library is ideal for more formal exhibitions such as product launches and trade shows, and has a total capacity of 1,000 people.

It features grand triple-height ceilings, generously-sized windows, and an expansive floor area of 585m². This vast space leads immediately from the grand entrance foyer on Level 1 and is exceptionally adaptable, giving you the option to showcase your product in a variety of set-ups.

Modern gallery space

For fine art exhibitions and gallery showcases, the Aldersgate Room offers the perfect setting for up to 250 people.

It blends both modern and contemporary décor, and features a glass-panelled conservatory, and gallery-style track lighting throughout.

Holding your exhibition in the Aldersgate Room also ensures excellent footfall from our public cafe, which is located next door.

Dedicated AV facilities

Via our in-house audio visual partner, White Light, we offer an extensive range of technical and audio-visual facilities to support your exhibition in the Lecture Hall and Library or Aldersgate Room.

Our standard presentation packages include video, audio, and staging support to ensure that your exhibition has maximum impact.

Catering options

The catering options we can offer for exhibitions in the Lecture Hall and Library and Aldersgate Room are many and delicious.

Both rooms are flexible enough for us to provide a full range of menu options for your visitors, including canapés, bar snacks, and grazing platters. We can also work with our on-site catering partners to create a bespoke menu just for your exhibition.
