Central Hall Westminster
Where history meets innovation
Central Hall Westminster is one of the largest conference and events venues in Central London. We offer 25 varied rooms and spaces to accommodate events of all sizes: from intimate functions for 2 people to large occasions for 500 guests. We also cater for high-profile, high-impact events of 2,000+ people with ease.
Our Grade II* listed building was first inaugurated as a public meeting space for the Methodist Church in 1912, so hosting successful events is integral to who we are. While Central Hall Westminster continues to be owned by Methodist Central Hall, we now host over 800 diverse events every year. We are particularly well-known for hosting events of significance, such as Katy Perry’s ‘Night of a Lifetime’, BBC New Year’s Eve Shows, Stand Up to Cancer, The Late, Late Show, and even the very first UN public address in 1946. There is a very good chance you have seen one of our public events live on television.

Ideal for all occasions
The distinctive architecture and grandeur of Central Hall Westminster, combined with its convenient central London location, make it the ideal venue for a variety of public and private occasions.
Events we typically host include conferences, meetings, exhibitions, music concerts, graduations, and award ceremonies. As a Grade II* listed building, many of our rooms incorporate eye-catching period features that leave a lasting impression on your guests and delegates. Europe’s largest self-supporting domed ceiling can be found in our very own Great Hall, providing an absolutely stunning backdrop for any occasion.
Central Hall Westminster was first inaugurated as a meeting venue by the Methodist Church in 1912. Since then, the Methodist Church and we have developed strong links with the entertainment, technology, and government sectors, welcoming many illustrious public figures through our doors, including Martin Luther King, Mahatma Gandhi, and the Prince of Wales.
This rich heritage forms the basis of our exemplary conference and events expertise, allowing us to help you deliver the perfect event every time.
