Flexible spaces

The Great Hall, Lecture Hall and Library and the Wesley Suite are our largest event spaces, and offer an ideal combination of beauty, technical capability, and grandeur that is perfect for conferences of all kinds. The Great Hall is our largest and most spectacular conference space, with a capacity of 2,000+ people. The Lecture Hall and Library are elegant conference spaces that have a capacity of 500 delegates each. They may also be combined into a single expansive space for larger conferences of up to 1,000 people.

We are positioned just moments away from Westminster Abbey and key transport hubs, providing unmatched convenience for both international and local guests. We are within easy walking distance of several underground and rail stations and are also served by multiple buses. If you are planning to travel to us by car, you can park in one of several public car parks located nearby, and there is public parking adjacent to our building.

Central Hall Westminster features 25 versatile spaces designed to suit conferences of any size, from large-scale conferences of up to 2,000 attendees to smaller spaces for breakout sessions.

Additional highlights from our world-class AV kit include a state-of-the-art EM Acoustics PA System for exceptional sound, floating screens and Christie projectors for superb viewing angles, and an array of exclusive lighting and staging options to make your conference feel uniquely yours.

We also have an on-site team of technical experts who can provide knowledge and support during your event. Aside from offering superb acoustics, the Great Hall has a brilliantly designed 60m extendable stage that facilitates excellent interaction between presenters and audience members.

Central Hall Westminster have a vision to serve healthy, nutritious food which both delights and sustains our delegates throughout the day. We can provide an extensive selection of catering options in each space, to ensure that your delegates and attendees are fully taken care of.

Our expert in-house catering partner, Green & Fortune, can provide an extensive range of menu options in every room, including breakfasts, a variety of lunch options for all-day conferences, and even a post-conference drinks reception. Sustainability is high on our catering agenda, and where possible, we reduce food miles, embrace seasonality on our menus, and ensure we are using the most sustainable material possible. Our three largest rooms are the Great Hall, Lecture Hall, and Library. They can be set up in multiple styles, with capacities ranging from 500 to 2,000+ people depending on your chosen space and layout.

The Library

The highly adaptable Library can be combined into a single room for receptions of up to 450 people. In-room features include impressive triple-height ceilings, natural daylight, and a built-in stage – providing a versatile room for holding conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and even graduation ceremonies.

The Wesley Suite

The Wesley Suite is a newly reimagined 919sqm space at Central Hall Westminster, offering capacity for up to 800 guests. Designed with flexibility in mind, it can be used as one expansive venue or divided into three interconnected rooms: The Susanna Wesley, Aldersgate Room, and Epworth Room.

To complement the extensive range of event space we offer at Central Hall Westminster, we have nine syndicate rooms spread throughout the building. Each one is located close to our main event spaces, and can flexibly hold between 10 to 12 people depending on your chosen room set up.
