Welcome to
Central Hall Westminster
Central Hall Westminster is one of the largest conference and events venue in Central London. We offer 23 varied rooms and spaces to accommodate events of all sizes: from intimate functions of up to 60 people to large occasions for up to 500 people. We can also cater for high-profile, high-impact events of over 2,000 people with ease.
Our Grade II* listed building was first inaugurated as a public meeting space for the Methodist Church in 1912, so hosting successful events is integral to who we are. While Central Hall Westminster continues to be owned by Methodist Central Hall, we now host over 800 diverse events every year. We are particularly well-known for hosting events of cultural significance, such as Stand Up To Cancer, The Late, Late Show and even the very first UN public address in 1946. In fact, there is a very good chance you have seen one of our public events live on television!
Now a part of the Central Hall Venues Group, we successfully support and manage events venues in other parts of the UK.
Ideal for all occasions
The distinctive architecture and grandeur of Central Westminster Hall, combined with its convenient central London location make it the ideal venue for a variety of public and private occasions.

Over a century of history
Central Hall Westminster was first inaugurated as a meeting venue by the Methodist Church in 1912. Since then, the Methodist Church and ourselves have developed strong links with the entertainment, technology, and government sectors, and welcomed many illustrious public figures through our doors – including Martin Luther King, Mahatma Gandhi, and the Prince of Wales.
This rich heritage forms the basis of our exemplary conference and events expertise, allowing us to help you deliver the perfect event every time.
