Central Hall Westminster has just the solution: 23 event spaces of varying sizes, accommodating large meetings with smaller spaces available to facilitate breakout sessions. Not only can we host anything from 10 to 2,000 guests, but our Central London venue has a fascinating history, previously hosting some of the world’s most significant cultural and political events.

Grand Scale Impact: Large Meeting For 2,000+

As one of the largest conference and events venues in Central London, we can cater for high-impact events for 2,000 guests with ease.

 

Our flagship room, the Great Hall, boasts stunning period features to enhance your meeting experience and captivate your guests, including a self-supporting domed ceiling, original 4731-pipe Arthur Hill and Son organ, and a VIP balcony overlooking Westminster Abbey.

 

With a brilliantly designed stage area and excellent acoustics to create an intimate feel, the Great Hall guarantees a memorable large meeting or conference.

 

The Great Hall is equipped with state-of-the-art technical facilities, including a purpose-designed PA system, an adaptable stage, and a floating screen which provides great viewing angles for presentations. All of our facilities are supported by our award-winning audio-visual partner, White Light, for a stress-free event.

 

Medium Meetings For Up To 500

We have a range of medium-sized meeting spaces suitable for events of 60 to 500 guests.

 

The Lecture Hall is an elegant space with grand triple height ceilings and natural daylight for boardroom meetings for 60 or cabaret setups of up to 160 guests. Alternatively, it can be used for post-meeting receptions of up to 400 guests, making it a versatile setting for every occasion. The Lecture Hall can also be used alongside the adjoining Library for large cabaret events of up to 320 guests.

 

Intimate Meeting Experience

Here at Central Hall Westminster, we have a selection of dedicated smaller spaces that are best suited to board meetings and training events of up to 60 guests.

 

Once the office of the Methodist President at Central Hall Westminster, the President’s Room offers a traditional backdrop with original wood panelling and a specially commissioned chandelier. Perfect for small board meetings, this elegant meeting room can host up to 18 guests boardroom-style. You’ll also find a choice of screens available, making it well-suited to intimate presentations.

 

With beautifully arched windows offering plenty of natural lighting, the John Tudor Room provides a versatile setting for boardroom meetings of up to 25 guests.

 

Named after the Methodist Superintendent Minister between 1914 and 1938, the Dinsdale Young Room is a bright space catering for up to 25 guests boardroom style. This space has several audio-visual options and works well with our adjacent syndicate room.

 

Our smaller rooms can also be used alongside our larger rooms, acting as a space for guest registration, networking post-meeting, or as a catering space.

 

We have 10 syndicate spaces available, complementing our extensive range of event spaces. Each space is located within close proximity of our main event spaces, with the flexibility to host up to 12 guests. These intimate spaces work well for breakout sessions following your large meeting, or for training sessions and workshops.

As one of the most technologically advanced venues in Central London, we’re able to meet a diverse range of audio-visual requirements. Our in-house production partner White Light owns some of the most impressive AV, lighting and staging equipment in Europe and can provide knowledge and support during events.

 

And as no event is complete without catering, our in-house catering partner Green & Fortune offers an array of delicious menus, from breakfast options to working lunch packages for meetings and canapé and bowl food dishes for post-event networking. Our menu options are available in each room, so you can choose the space that best suits you.
