The John Tudor Room

The invitingly designed John Tudor Room is so called after the Reverend John Tudor, the Methodist Superintendent Minister from 1981 to 1995.

It holds up to 60 people in theatre style, and features beautiful arched windows with optional blackout facilities – providing an extremely welcoming and versatile setting for seminars, meetings, and drinks receptions.

The John Tudor Room is also interconnected to an adjacent syndicate room on Level 2, which you can use as a convenient catering, cloakroom or registration area, or simply to give your delegates additional space.

Technology and AV

We offer several audio visual options to enhance your event in the John Tudor Room. High-speed broadband, conference phone facilities, and a 55-inch screen are included as part of our standard room hire package.

You may also hire additional screens if required, ranging in size from 55 to 80 inches.

Should you have any special requirements or require any technical assistance during your event, our expert in-house AV partner, White Light will be on hand to provide help and advice.

Menus and catering

We can provide a delicious variety of catering options in the John Tudor Room. Our extensive range of meeting-friendly options include hot and cold buffet items, and working lunch menus – as well as a long list of beverages, soft drinks and fresh juices. We can also work with Green & Fortune, our on-site catering partner to create a bespoke menu if you wish.

All catering and refreshments are normally set up in the John Tudor’s adjacent syndicate room, for your delegates’ convenience.
