The President’s Room
Formerly the office of the Methodist President at Central Hall Westminster, the aptly-titled President’s Room is a private, elegant meeting room located on Level 3.
It is perfect for small board meetings or executive business events, and can hold up to 18 people in executive boardroom style and 24 in total.
The President’s Room has been styled in a traditional manner, with modern concealed up-lighting, a specially commissioned central chandelier, and original wood panelling on all its walls. Its discreet upper-level location also ensures your delegates of complete peace and quiet.

Technology and AV
You have a choice of presentation screens to enhance your meeting in the President’s Room.
We offer high-speed broadband, conference phone facilities, and a 55-inch screen as standard with your room hire. You may also hire additional screens if required, ranging in size from 55 to 80 inches.
Should you have any special requirements or require any technical assistance during your event, our expert onsite AV partner White Light will be on hand to provide help and advice.
Menus and catering
We can offer a delicious variety of catering options for your meeting. Our extensive menu includes bowl food, hot and cold buffet items, and working lunch menus – as well as a long list of beverages, soft drinks and fresh juices. We can also work with Green & Fortune our on-site catering partner to create a bespoke menu for your delegates.
