Meetings at Central Hall Westminster
With its unique history and prestigious location, Central Hall Westminster makes an ideal venue for holding smaller business and corporate events. We have five flexible meeting rooms suited for exclusive business events of up to 50 people – from VIP board meetings to business seminars.
Each room offers excellent technical and audio visual capabilities, and can be hired in conjunction with any of our nine syndicate rooms – giving you complete flexibility no matter what style of meeting you are planning.
For groups larger than 50 delegates, we also have rooms with capacities ranging from 150 people up to 500 people. We also have event space for very large conferences of 1,000 to 2,400 people.
Meetings of up to 50
We have three rooms that can comfortably cater for meetings of 50 people or less:
All three rooms may be booked alone or together with their adjacent or interconnected syndicate rooms for additional break-out or catering space.
A range of flexible audio visual and IT packages are also available for each room, to keep your delegates connected, engaged and productive.
Meetings of 30 or less
The Broadbent Room is located at street level, offering excellent accessibility. It can cater for smaller meetings of up to 30 people, and also makes an ideal cloakroom or box office for concerts in the Great Hall.
VIP meetings
The President’s Room is a grand wood-panelled meeting room that is ideal for VIP client events and intimate board meetings. It has space for up to 18 people in a fixed boardroom set-up, with an excellent range of AV equipment available to meet your needs.

Flexible catering options
We can provide an extensive range of delicious food and drink options in every meeting room: from hot and cold beverages to grazing menus and bowl food. You can also hire one of our many syndicate rooms to use as a designated space for refreshments or catering.
Modern AV features
We offer a wide range of audio visual and IT solutions in the John Tudor, Dinsdale Young, Maurice Barnett, Broadbent, and President’s rooms to ensure your event runs as efficiently as possible.
A 55-inch presentation screen is included as part of our standard hire. Additional presentation screens, ranging in size from 55 to 80 inches, can also be provided if required. Free wi-fi and high-speed broadband is available throughout the building too.
