Can you accommodate dietary requirements and create bespoke menus?
Yes. Our chefs cater for all special dietary requirements and create bespoke dishes and menus exclusively for your guests. We take inspiration from international food trends while maintaining our focus on good quality, honest food that delights and sustains delegates throughout your event.
What is your approach to sustainability?
Sustainability is high on our catering agenda. Our Catering philosophy
Fresh ingredients
We produce as much as possible in-house, including an on-site baker creating sweet treats to the highest standard. This commitment to in-house preparation ensures we deliver exceptional quality and freshness for your event. Our chefs craft dishes from scratch, maintaining complete control over ingredients, flavours, and presentation standards.
British supplier relationships
We use quality, independently sourced British suppliers to ensure the best possible ingredients. Supplier relationships matter to us, whether talking to Chapman’s of Sevenoaks about the catch of the day or visiting Rhode’s bakery to see bread made firsthand. These partnerships enable us to deliver the best quality for your event.
Our ethical foundation
Central Hall Westminster is the venue of the Methodist Church, and we pride ourselves on our ethical and sustainable approach to business. Our service of alcohol is not excessive, complemented by creative mocktails. This values-driven approach ensures your food and drink experience reflects our commitment to responsible hospitality.
