SALES TALENT WANTED at CHW


Central London's largest Conference and Events Venue is looking to recruit a new Sales Manager for our in-house conference booking team.

The Sales Manager will work as part of the Sales team to bring new business to the venue and to provide clients and potential clients with the information and prices they require. The role works closely with other Sales Managers, the Event Team and Marketing Department in promoting Central Hall Westminster. 

KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Increase current sales revenue.
  • Increase the number and type of events held at Central Hall Westminster.
  • Contribute to the achievement of all CHW objectives as detailed in the current Sales and Marketing Plan.

 

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES WITHIN THE KEY RESULT AREAS

  1. 1.      Increase current sales revenue
  • Identify and secure new business for Central Hall Westminster and convert enquiries into business by preparing proposals and arranging on-site meetings.
  • Source new leads by online research and telephone calls.
  • Achieve company and personal targets as agreed and set.
  1. 2.      Increase the number and type of Events held at Central Hall Westminster.
  • Identify new clients and new markets and introduce them to Central Hall Westminster.
  • Provide opportunities for prospective clients to utilise Central Hall Westminster.
  • Provide professional proposals to encourage clients to choose central Hall Westminster.
  1. 3.      Contribute to the achievement of all CHW objectives as detailed in the current Sales and Marketing Plan.
  • Create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships.
  • Exchange information to solve problems and make decisions.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team and the Events Team and to enable the hire of facilities at Central Hall to appear seamless.

Can work weekends and evenings ad hoc IF the business requires
