Aldersgate Room
The Aldersgate Room is named after the street in London where on 24th May 1738 John Wesley underwent a remarkable ‘conversion’ which was to lead to the Methodist movement, becoming part of the great religious revival of the 18th Century.
It is the largest of our mid-sized rooms and can accommodate a maximum of 250 delegates. Located on the lower ground floor this spacious room is often used in conjunction with the Epworth Room or with the Westminster Foyer area, which may be hired for catering, registration or related exhibitions.
These three areas are also suitable as a gallery area or for exhibitions.
