ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY Central Hall Westminster Ltd. recognises that its operations have an effect on the local, regional and global environment and is committed to achieving the highest standards of environmental performance, preventing pollution and minimising the impact of its operations. Our aim is that no lasting environmental damage occurs as a result of our activities, and policies are being implemented to ensure that all of our operations meet or exceed the requirements of legislation and applicable best practice. Central Hall Westminster Ltd. regards compliance with relevant environmental laws, and the adoption of responsible standards where no legislation exists, as an integral part of its business strategy and is committed to considering the environmental impacts associated with its services and activities throughout their life-cycle. Management objectives and targets are established and reviewed on a regular basis to implement the Environmental Policy through the Environmental Management System (EMS).The effectiveness of the EMS is monitored and reviewed by regular audit and Management Review. The Environmental Policy is communicated to all employees via the company Intranet and made available to the public on the Company Internet site, or by paper copy. The involvement of its workforce, service partners and external interested and affected parties in its Environmental Policy is encouraged through effective communication procedures. We are therefore committed to continually improve the integration of sustainability into our working environment and business processes.
