Meetings at Central Hall Westminster

As a versatile central London venue, Central Hall Westminster is a prime location for holding meetings, training sessions and business events of all sizes and styles.

We have nine flexible meeting rooms of varying capacities, suitable for everything from small training sessions to large corporate meetings. We additionally have ten syndicate rooms, which can be hired to supplement our meeting space as needed.

To help your attendees stay connected and productive, we have also extensively improved all our meeting rooms by incorporating a range of leading technical and audio visual facilities.

150 people meetings

For meetings of up to 150 people, we have four corner rooms that are ideal. The George Thomas, Robert Perks, Donald English, and William Sangster rooms are perfectly symmetrical and unique in shape.

Each room offers plenty of natural daylight, is multifaceted, and can be booked with its adjacent syndicate room if you require additional breakout space for your meeting.

60 people meetings

We have five small meeting rooms that cater for meetings of 60 people or less.

The Broadbent, John Tudor, Dinsdale Young, Maurice Barnett, and President’s rooms vary in size and set-up, and are best suited for holding board meetings, VIP client events, and intimate business events.

Our syndicate rooms may also be hired as standalone meeting rooms, and offer a maximum capacity of 25 people each.

Exceptional meetings technology

To ensure that our clients’ meetings run as efficiently as possible, we have made significant improvements to our audio visual facilities and IT infrastructure on every floor.

You can now benefit from enhanced free wi-fi, improved internet cabling, and fibre optic connectivity throughout the building. All our meeting rooms also feature a convenient Crestron HD colour touch-screen so in-room AV equipment can be controlled through a simple interface.

Our onsite AV partner can additionally provide a range of standard audio visual packages that have been tailored to suit each meeting room’s unique layout and acoustics. These include video, audio, and sound – with bespoke technical solutions also available if needed.

Catering options

We can provide an extensive selection of catering options in all our meeting rooms, to help your delegates stay refreshed and productive.

This includes a wide selection of breakfast and lunch items, as well as afternoon tea and an extensive range of hot beverages, pressés and soft drinks.
