![]() 11 June 2010 Central Hall Westminster Wins Hospitality Assured Business Excellence Award – Team of the Year 2009 Central Hall Westminster proudly walked away from the annual Hospitality Assured awards with the Team of the Year award in hand. The awards ceremony was held at The Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington and formed part of the Institute of Hospitality’s annual lunch with guest speaker Peter Lederer, Managing Director of Gleneagles Hotel and President of the Institute of Hospitality. The deciding criteria for the winner of Team of the Year 2009 was the element of improvement between assessments, making the award specific to clients being assessed for at least a second time. Central Hall Westminster improved overall in their scores by the same percentage amount as Lucknam Park Hotel, therefore forming two winners for this category. Both provide a varied offering requiring excellent management and leadership skills in addition to their committed and motivated teams.
